Our Mission
Our goal is to help in reducing property disputes by educating buyers and sellers on the step-by-step guidelines of the Liberia Land Authority.
Every property listed on our site goes through an initial vetting process to verify the proper deed ownership. Thereafter, as part of our company policy, buyers MUST do their due diligence by hiring a government-licensed surveyor from the Liberia Land Authority as well as a qualified lawyer. This policy is mandatory for ALL buyers doing business with Lib Homes, Inc. The importance of this process is to mitigate property disputes and protects all parties.
These guardrails are the pillars that allow us to stand out as the only real estate company in Liberia noted for trust and transparency.

Momo G. Kandakai
CEO/Founder
Momo G. Kandakai is our founder and CEO of Libhomes, Inc, a subsidiary of the Kandakai Group. Mr. Kandakai works as a licensed real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the State of NY. He always tells the story behind Libhomes, Inc.
“In 2020, I was having lunch at the Royal Hotel in Monrovia, Liberia and saw my waitress with a really sad face. I said to her, “You should smile a bit. You’re a beautiful lady”. She forced a smile and said, “Thanks”, and went on to do her work serving customers. She came back and murmured into my ears in a typical Liberian English, “I’ve trouble. I’ve lot on my mind”. Naturally, I got concerned and asked, “What’s the problem”? She said she just buried her husband two weeks ago. I was silent for a amoment and asked, “Was it a car accident”? She responded, “No, he was killed by his brother over a land dispute”.
She later went on to explain what happened. I was stunned! This story was the inspiration for Libhomes, Inc.
Thomas N. Doe
Manager
Thomas N. Doe did his undergraduate degree at Cuttington College, Liberia after high school in Ghana. Thomas was a procurement officer at Hope Worldwide Liberia Aid Program before spending a year with Capita Express Assurance Limited Liberia as an insurance officer. In late 2024, Thomas joined Lib Homes, Inc as manager responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Daniel F. James Jr
Field Agent
Daniel F. James Jr is a junior in business administration at the University of Liberia. In 2024, Daniel joined Lib Homes, Inc as a field agent. He has beed responsible for most of our high-profile real estate business deals at Lib Homes, Inc.
Isatta Kandakai
Office Intern
Isatta Kandakai is our office intern. A student at the African Methodist Episcopal University, Isatta is responsible for interacting with customers and staff on a regular basis.
