Our Mission
Our mission at Libhomes is a simple one: To facilitate the process of buying and selling real properties in Liberia with less hassle.
Our goal is to help in reducing property disputes by educating buyers and sellers on the step-by-step guidelines of the Liberia Land Authority.
Every property listed on our site goes through an initial vetting process to verify the proper deed ownership. Thereafter, as part of our company policy, buyers MUST do their due diligence by hiring a government-licensed surveyor from the Liberia Land Authority as well as a qualified lawyer. This policy is mandatory for ALL buyers doing business with Lib Homes, Inc. The importance of this process is to mitigate property disputes and protects all parties.
These guardrails are the pillars that allow us to stand out as the only real estate company in Liberia noted for trust and transparency.

Momo G. Kandakai- CEO/Founder
Momo G. Kandakai is our founder and CEO of Libhomes, Inc, a subsidiary of the Kandakai Group. Mr. Kandakai works as a licensed real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in the State of NY. Momo always tells the story behind Libhomes, Inc:
In 2020, I was having lunch at the Royal Hotel in Monrovia, Liberia and saw my waitress with a really sad face. I said to her, “You should smile a bit. You're a beautiful lady”. She forced a smile and said, "Thanks", and went on to do her work serving customers. She came back and murmured into my ears in a typical Liberian English, "I've trouble. I've lot on my mind". Naturally, I got concerned and asked, "What's the problem”? She said she just buried her husband two weeks ago. I was silent for a amoment and asked, "Was it a car accident"? She responded, "No, he was killed by his brother over a land dispute". She later went on to explain what happened.
This story was the inspiration for Libhomes, Inc.
Arthur Kandakai
Arthur has been a businessman for over 30 years. He is the CEO of his own company called Actual General & Marine Services (AGS Liberia Inc). With an MBA from Cuttington College, Arthur first worked with Jangaba & Associates Law Firm, Benson Street, Monrovia, Liberia. That lasted about a year. Arthur then moved on to UMARCO (Liberia)/Bollore Africa Logistics as an administrative assistant. After 19 years, he left as the shipping manager to start his own company.
Lasana St. Mamey
Lasana B. Mamey has worked with two real estate companies in Liberia.
They are Kaikana Real Estate Services and Rojitel. Lasana has done nearly every facet of real estate transaction in Liberia. These include generating leads and converting those leads into sales. He has been able to do this by doing assessment as well as photographing and uploading real estate properties to various platforms. His social media footprints have allowed him to meet most of his overseas clients.
Amos F. Lindah- CTO
Amos F. Lindah is an Entrepreneur and web developer, he is currently our Chief Technology officer here at LIBhomes. Mr. Lindah oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure.
